Staging is preparing a home for sale by highlighting its best features
and reviving areas that lack ambiance.  Home buyers need to make
an emotional connection to a home before they decide to make an
offer.  If a home has too much furniture and clutter, or too little decor
or personality, the buyer has a more difficult time making this
connection.  

Most buyers decide in the first 30 seconds whether a house is right
for them.  That is the time a seller has to capture their interest.  
Staging will help maximize the impact of those seconds to make a
quick sale.

Price will get the buyer through the door, but condition will sell the
property.
